Drop a design onto a garment, pick the style and fabric colour, and send a clean preview — then push it straight to the order.

Designs land by print position — drag to place, fill the size run, add to the order.
Clients don't buy artwork. They buy the shirt — and until they see it on one, you're going to keep getting "can you just show me..." at 9pm.
Drop a design onto the front and back garment preview, pick the shirt style and the fabric colour, and drag it into place. Sleeves too: PrintOS rotates arm designs to the angle you calibrated, so a chest print and a sleeve print both sit the way they'll actually print.
Set each printing area — front, back, left and right sleeve — against your own garment photos, in real centimetres, with its own angle. Do it once as the default for every style, or per product where a shirt needs its own. The design is placed at its real print size, not a guess, so what the client approves is what comes off the press.
Stamp your logo across the preview at whatever size, position and opacity you like, then open a clean client preview window to screenshot or send.
Fill in the sizes and push it into an order without retyping anything. The style, fabric colour, design and price all come across — priced from your own catalogue, quantity discounts included. Save the mockup image and it's filed against the client and design, ready for the video tool.
Mockups use the garments and fabric colours from your own catalogue.
See both sides at once, with print areas you can calibrate per product.
Designs land where they print — front, back, top — then drag to fine-tune.
Optional watermark for previews you send before the deposit lands.
A clean, app-free view to show or screenshot for the customer.
Fill the sizes, hit add, and the job is logged with its price.
In this video, I demonstrate the complete production workflow inside TPW PrintOS , from a customer's logo to a print-ready DTF layout. Starting with a customer design, I quickly separate artwork elements, remove backgrounds, create transparent graphics, automatically crop images, and generate a professional t-shirt mockup. Next, I create a new customer order, select garment quantities, apply automatic quantity-based pricing, generate a bill, and load the order directly into the Gang Sheet builder.
The software automatically calculates the required print quantities, creates an optimized nesting layout, estimates production costs, and generates a print-ready file ready to send to the DTF printer. In this video, I demonstrate the complete production workflow inside TPW PrintOS , from a finished t-shirt mockup to a production-ready DTF print layout. The workflow includes:
In this video, I demonstrate how TPW PrintOS can take a single logo image and prepare it for production in just a few clicks.
Starting with one logo containing both the icon and text, I:
• Split the logo into separate icon and text images.
• Use the Magic Wand tool to remove the background from the icon.
• Move the icon into the Design 01 folder and rename it to Left Arm Bottom – 6 cm.
• Use the Color Remover tool to instantly remove the black background from the text.
• Save the text as Front Top – 24 cm.
• Return to the Crop Tool and automatically crop both images using the Gentle Crop method.
• Overwrite the original files.
• Open the Mockup Tool, where both designs are automatically positioned on the t-shirt based on their saved print locations.
Everything is saved inside the client's folder, making artwork easy to organize, reuse, and prepare for production.
