Why you book your own delivery in Bali and Indonesia

In Bali and the rest of Indonesia we don't send your order ourselves: you book the delivery (Gojek, Grab, or a courier like Tiki or JNE) and the driver picks your shirts up at our factory in Sanur when we tell you they are ready.

When we book a driver for you, every question goes through us:

• You are not home when the driver comes - the driver calls us, we call you, and the driver waits or goes back.
• The address is not clear - the driver calls us, and we don't know your street.
• You want it a bit later, or somewhere else - we have to change it for you.

Every call costs time, for you and for us, and your parcel waits in between.

• The driver talks to you, in your own app, and finds you.
• You follow your parcel live, and you know when it comes.
• You pick the time, the service and the price - instant, same day or cheapest.
• Your payment goes straight to the driver or the courier - nothing is added to your bill.

1. We tell you on WhatsApp when your order is ready.
2. You book a Gojek or Grab (in Bali), or a courier (anywhere in Indonesia), to pick it up at Jalan Sekuta 37, Sanur - the black gate.
3. Send us the driver's name or the booking, so we give the parcel to the right person.
