How thin can lines be in DTF printing?
Lines of 1 or 2 mm are too thin and the print can break; from 3 mm a line prints well.

How thin can a line or a letter be, so the print lasts? In DTF printing a line needs some width to hold on to the shirt.
1 or 2 mm - too thin
Lines of 1 or 2 mm are too thin: the print normally breaks, and thin parts can come off in the wash.
3 mm or more - good
From 3 mm a line prints well and lasts. Make thin lines and small letters at least 3 mm wide - and check it at the real printed size, not zoomed in on your screen.
